• Taking care of existing sales accounts & maintaining smooth relations for recurring business.
• Regular follow up as "Customer Delight Officer" to understand their feedback & immediately work on it
• Regular follow up to check the existing & upcoming requirements
• Adding & maintaining the pool of recruitment agencies / small software industries for on-demand hiring
• Good in data management e.g. CVs provisioning, MIS, Tracking invoices
• Payment Management - Calculations of billing hrs & generating the invoices, Followups for payments/receiveables
