Position: Product Designer (Figma Designer)

Location: Lucknow

We are looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer (Figma Designer) to join our team in Lucknow. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our digital products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define design requirements and objectives for digital products.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts and interactions.
3. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience (UX).
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
5. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
6. Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design processes and workflows.
8. Contribute to design system development and maintenance to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products and platforms.

Job Description :

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with expertise in Figma.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
8. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design principles is preferred.
