We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads/Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team in Lucknow. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms to achieve client objectives and targets.
2. Create, launch, and optimize campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives to maximize performance and ROI.
3. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to identify relevant keywords and audiences for each campaign.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
5. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance, including ad copy, creative elements, and landing pages.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and proactively implement new features and strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to develop integrated digital advertising campaigns.
8. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to clients, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Job Description :

PPC Specialist Job Responsibilities :

• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook and Bing)
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI - Track KPIs to assess performance and
• pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud - Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
3. Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and internal teams.
6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
8. Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) is a plus.
